Ansal Plaza Mall at Sushant City, Ved Vyas Puri, Meerut

Our team was responsible for constructing the Ansal Plaza Mall at Sushant City. This project comprised the development of a double basement car park, positioned 30 feet below ground level, spanning approximately 193,000 square feet. Additionally, the superstructure included four cinema halls, with a maximum height of 24 meters, covering around 182,000 square feet. With an estimated cost of Rs. 25.00 crores, covering expenses for cement and steel, construction commenced on April 10, 2007, and was successfully completed within a 15-month timeframe.
