The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation undertook a project with a budget of 27 crores, starting on April 13, 1998, and completing ahead of schedule on April 20, 1999, earlier by 145 days. The project involved constructing 4044 RM (1000X18Mts.) with 2X11Mts. RCC solid circular piers spanning 755 meters. Additionally, precast PSC I girders (15M) and PSC box girders with in situ deck slabs covered a length of 210+150 meters, requiring 9000 cubic meters and 4250 cubic meters of concrete, respectively.
